This article will discuss my personal experience playing My Profit Land. This will include tips on how to play the game and my impressions of it.
Introduction
My Profit Land is an online strategy game. This game can be played on your browser and lets player earn real money my doing activities within the game. This game is a global economy simulation game where players can do different ways to earn. Players can be workers, business owners, run for office or participate in wars. This game includes governments, currency exchange markets, goods market among other things. This is a complex game and the more you play it, the more options you will find for your player development.
The exciting part of the game is that the money you earn within it can be withdrawn to real money. The minimum for withdrawal is 30 euros so it might take time.
Playing as a Beginner
As a beginner, there are two things you can immediately. The first one is working for a company. Working is one of the main sources of income inside the game. In order to access available work in your country, Click Activities >> Work on the menu tab. The image below shows the screenshot of the work page which shows a couple things. Below, you can see the available jobs and the respective rate per hour. Take note that you will only get a portion of this rate depending on your productivity.
Productivity is influenced by your energy level, economic score, skill level, and other bonuses. So for example, if your productivity is 16.5%, you will only get 16.5% of the rate given by the job. You can increase your productivity as by working regularly or buying Work Ethics Course and Efficiency Book.
The other thing you can do is to start a Utility Company. Utility companies are free to create and can be a source of income by selling either electricity or water to the orders market. You can only have one utility company and you need to be verified in order to own one. In order to create a company, Click My Companies >> Start a New Company.
There are two types of utilities company. Solar Panel Farm produces electricity while Water Well Drilling produces water. Both of these products are needed for other companies to operate and can be sold on the market for income.
Another effective way to earn within the game is by referring players. Your referral link can be sent to friends and if they register, you will receive a part of their income for a period of 30 days.
Other Interesting Features
My Profit Land has other interesting features which are worth checking. Here is the list of them.
Markets
Markets offers a lot of products which can be used by players to develop themselves. These range from food, clothing, weapons and a lot more. Here are some of the markets you will be seeing within the game.
- Global and Local Markets offers a variety of products like food and clothing (used to increase energy) and also weapons that can be used during wars.
- Financial Markets let players trade their currencies to local currency, gold or Euro. Local currency can only be used on local markets while Gold is used to purchase goods on the global markets. Euro on the other hand can either be withdrawn in exchange for real money or be used to buy other things in the games like shares and starting new companies.
- Real Estate Markets let players buy property within the game. Real Estate gives players a continuous source of energy depending on the property type.
- Company Auctions is where companies are placed for auction. The player with the highest bid will get the company
- Recruits Auctions lets players purchase players with no referral links and in turn will give you the bonus when they earn an income within the game.
Governments
Each country have their own government which are lead by prime ministers. Ministers are responsible for controlling minimum wages, tax policies and ideologies within a certain country. Elections are held every month. Any player can run for the government but they have to have at least 30% energy and pay 5.00 Gold to the Game Fund.
Wars
Wars are also a good way to earn income within the game. In order to access the War page, go to Activities >> War Activity >>Active/Finished Button.
The Partners Fund.
Usually, in online games all bought advantages are withdrawn from the system by the company that administrates the game. In MPL all bought advantages, like opening companies, get into a special Game Fund. The Fund has 1.000.000 shares which can be bought by the players. On the first and 15th days of every month, money is automatically distributed to the shareholders and the fund is reset. This is an interesting option if you already have enough capital in the game.
Conclusion
My Profit Land on my opinion is an interesting game to play. If you are into strategy games, then this game is for you. the thing I like about this game is that there is an actual economy within the game being created by the players themselves and not just simulated. As an added bonus, you can actually withdraw your earnings. There are a lot of things that are not discussed in this article as I am also starting up.
